Refund policy
Wrong, damaged or defective items:
Our goal is for you, our valued customer, to be satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged or defective will be exchanged or refunded in full. If an item needs returned please contact Besten USA for a RA# (Return Authorization Number) within seven (7) days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without a RA#. All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.
All other returns:
For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact Besten USA within seven (7) days of receipt to get a RA# (Return Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use. The RA# must be written clearly on the return label and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without a RA#. There is a restocking fee of up to 20% for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a charge based on the product purchased, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sorry, no returns on discontinued, closeout, custom, electrical components or products that specifically state there are no refunds / returns.
Cancellation Policy
Call us quick (812) 576-2181! If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order with only a $4.95 charge. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled but, it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or electrical components. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
