Shipping outside of the U.S. Lower 48 States:

Canada, Alaska and Hawaii (ONLY):

Option 1) Prior to placing an order, email sales@bestenusa.com or call with a list of items you are interested in along with your shipping address and we will respond with a shipping quote. If you agree to the shipping, you can then place an order online and state in the “Comments” box on the checkout page that you authorize Besten USA to make an additional charge to your credit card (or send a PayPal invoice) for $XX.XX shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. You may also call and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Option 2) Place an order online and a representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Once you agree to the shipping and authorize us to charge that amount to your card (or paid a PayPal invoice), your order will be processed. If you have placed an order and are not OK with the shipping quote, we will cancel and refund the order in full, no problem.


We do not ship outside of the U.S.A. (50 States) and Canada.
